Practicing lawyer for more than two decades, obtaining significant experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Maritime Litigation and National and International Arbitration. Currently Arbitrator before the Center of Conciliation and Arbitration of Panama (CeCAP), and Arbitrator before the Conflict Resolution Center (CESCON) of the Panamanian Chamber of Construction (CAPAC).

He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Science, Sigma Lambda Chapter of Honor, from the University of Panama (1998); Master's Degree in Commercial Law from the Santa María La Antigua University (2001); Master's Degree in Procedural Law from the Universidad Latina de Panamá (2005); and Real Estate Broker License, issued by the Technical Board of Real Estate (2011).

Belongs to the National Bar Association, the Panamanian Association of Maritime Law, the Panamanian Institute of Procedural Law and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) - Chapter of Panama.
